What’s the difference between a powered and non-powered vehicle?

Powered vehicles are vehicles that can be self-propelled, such as trucks, vans, cars, and the likes. A non-powered vehicle does not have an onboard means of propulsion. These are almost entirely trailers (landscaping, boat, intermodal, etc).
