Dan Coulthard, Chief Executive Officer

Dan has been in his current role since 2015, originally joining the company in February 2000. Dan joined the Executive Management Team in 2005 emphasizing on improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Focusing on business growth, Dan has led the effort to incorporate Telematics as the next cutting-edge solution added to the SafetyFirst Suite of products. Through strategic leadership and guidance, Dan is dedicated to establishing long-range goals and direction to preserve SafetyFirst as the industry leader. In 2011, Dan earned a Executive Masters in Business Administration degree in Marketing from Rutgers' University. He is married and lives with his wife and two children in northern New Jersey.

Sanjiv "Sonny" Singh, Chief Operating Officer/Chief Financial Officer

Sonny is well versed in most aspects of operations including finance, accounting, business development, client relationships, setup of internal controls, team building and management. Since 2015, Sonny has used his extensive experience to oversee all operational aspects of the company, providing financial leadership and creating accounting strategies working together with the executive team in formulating strategies allowing for the aggressive and successful growth of the company. In 2011, Sonny earned a Executive Masters in Business Administration degree in Finance from Rutgers' University. He is married and lives with his wife and three children in northern New Jersey.

Bob Krueger, Vice President of Client Relations

Bob has been in the fleet industry for 20 years. Since 2010, at SafetyFirst he has focused his efforts on driver safety, fleet policies and driver training. Bob is well respected by many fleet managers, as he helped implement over 150 fleet policies to some of the largest fleets in the US. In 2015, Bob became a National Safety Council First Aid instructor. Bob has presented at industry events like NAFA & Fleet Safety Conference as an expert in fleet safety. He is extremely passionate about keeping drivers safe and helping them return home to their families every night. Bob lives with his wife and two children in Illinois.

Linda Hulbert, Director of Strategic Alliances

Linda had originally joined SafetyFirst Systems in 2011 and was employed as a Senior Account Executive before leaving for personal reasons. In June of 2021 Linda returned in her new role to oversee the insurance company partner relationship. Linda uses her extensive experience in business development and sales to promotes safe driving behavior to the auto policyholders for over 50 insurance carriers. She also works with the Client Relations team to maximize opportunity and return for our current insurance company partners by analyzing current industry trends to identify business opportunities that would generate revenue resources and profitability. Linda currently lives in Richmond, VA but is originally from New Jersey.

Jian Wang, Director of Information Technology

Being one of the original founders of SafetyFirst Systems more than 20 years ago, Jian has designed and implemented almost every proprietary database and program currently utilized by the company. In his current role, Jian coordinates all system design and programming. This in-house expertise, combined with selective support from a dedicated contractor, enables our company to respond to client requests on a timely basis and provide customized reports as needed. Jian also oversees custom technical projects and aligns them with the company's business strategy while planning for next generation technology. Jian lives in northern New Jersey and enjoys traveling and playing bridge.

Customer Support

We have a sharp group of account executives to manage relationships with our clients. These account executives have years of experience in customer relationship positions and work hard to assure that our clients needs are identified and addressed on a timely basis.

Additionally, our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), begin with a two-week training period, enroll new vehicles and accept incoming observation phone calls. The CSR training program is regularly refreshed to accommodate the needs and requests of new customers and systems advances.
