SafetyFirst's Safety Hotline is the only 24/7 call center dedicated to Motorist Observation Reports. Our team of Customer Service Representatives (CSR) is trained in the art of "polite interrogation."
A CSR's goal is not only to encourage safe driving habits with each caller, but also to confirm a motorist's observations and provide a thorough and professionally written report to our customers' safety supervisors within the hour of the motorist's observation.
The CSR team is regularly trained and tested to accommodate the needs and requests of new customers and system advances.
